Digital Products (Ebooks) Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of ebooks and digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to help.

Physical Products (Prints, Mugs, Tote Bags & Apparel) We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

As our physical products are print-on-demand and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please check product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before ordering.
